The perceptive book collector would do well to get hold of a copy of everything that issues from Carroll Coleman's Prairie Press in Iowa City, for he has an uncanny way of making exquisite books. Not the least of his skills and virtues is the ability to make the physical form of the book suit the subject matter. He has done it again in this delightful little collection of Hayden Carruth's winter poems with the elegant sketches of winter scenes produced by Dale Ballantyne.
